Why Lamb?
Lamb is one of the most naturally-raised meats you can eat. Unlike cattle that are often finished on grain in feedlots, our lambs thrive on grass alone. They’re hardy, adaptable, and well-suited to our climate.
We believe lamb deserves a place at more American tables. When raised right – on pasture, with care – it’s tender, flavorful, and incredibly nutritious.
Our Land
Our farm in [LOCATION] provides everything our flock needs:
